The hotel is located just 300m from the centre of Puerto de las Cruz with its many restaurants, cafes, bars and wealth of attractions such as the large artificial lake, Lido Martianez and the nature paradise, Loro Parque, the beach is 500m from the hotel. There is a long flight of steps to the resort centre, so the hotel is unsuitable for the less mobile.
Facilities include: a freshwater pool, sun terraces, snack bar, and pool bar. Most rooms have 2 or 3 beds, satellite TV, telephone, radio and air-conditioning. All standard rooms have sea or mountain views.
