Feel Safe in Fethiye
We plan to retire to Fethiye and have already bought our retirment place in the sun.
I can say with hand on heart I have never been treated with so much respect by everyone young or old, the Turkish men have a reputation of being 1st class and there women 2nd class. That may have been how it was in years gone by but not now they treat there women and children with as much love and care as any Englishman( Even giving up their seat on the dolmas)
I have been to Fethiye on my own and didn't feel the least bit intimdated, but I would not dream of going to Sheffield without my husband.
So come on all you ladies support the Turkish tourism and give the beach at Oludeniz a go. You wont be disapointed.
